About Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

aims to groom the software skills and strengthen the computer application aspect of students. This prepares the students for the industry requirements so that they can flourish in the corporate IT Sector. Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Eligibility Criteria

In order to pursue the MCA (Masters of Computer Applications) course, the candidates will have to fulfil the given below eligibility criteria:

  • The candidate must have passed Graduation in BCA or equivalent from a recognized board.

  • The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 60% in the qualifying examination.

  • The candidates who are in their final year of degree can also apply for admission.

 

MCA Admission Process

The admission to MCA (Masters of Computer Applications) course is done in two ways:

Merit-Based: The merit-based admission to the course is done directly on the basis of score obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination. Some colleges also prepare a cutoff list based on the qualifying examination for admission.
